Only what is useful for housing and guest support
Housing Requests
Name, contact information, organization, dates, area preference, occupancy, bedroom needs, property preference, claim/case/PO reference when voluntarily provided, and housing notes.
General Inquiries
Name, email, optional phone number, organization or inquiry identifier and the message you submit.
Reservation Information
Booking details needed to manage a stay may be processed through Hospitable and the booking channel or payment service used for the reservation.
Website Data
Like most websites, technical information such as device, browser, IP address and basic usage data may be processed by WordPress, hosting, security or analytics services when enabled.
To respond, match housing and manage reservations
Information may be used to answer inquiries, evaluate property fit, prepare or support booking steps, communicate about a reservation, coordinate guest support, protect properties, prevent misuse, maintain records and improve DreamStayGo operations. We do not ask guests to submit payment-card numbers, passwords or medical information through general website forms.
Some information is processed by the tools that power the stay
DreamStayGo may use service providers for hosting, booking management, payment processing, guest communication, identity or reservation verification, website forms, email delivery and property operations. Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or other platforms are also governed by those platforms’ privacy practices. Direct-booking workflows may use Hospitable and connected payment or verification services.
Use the minimum information needed
Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for a housing request. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect website and reservation information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you need to correct information submitted through a website form, contact DreamStayGo through the Contact page.
Exact addresses are not published before booking
Public property pages intentionally show approximate areas rather than exact house pins. Confirmed guests receive the complete property address and arrival details through the appropriate reservation workflow.
